One of his research programs examines how the qualities that people say are critically important to them in a romantic partnerâtheir ideal partner preferencesâdirect romantic partner selection and retention. Additionally, his work draws from anthropological data on the time course of human evolution to make novel psychological predictions. He has also explored (a) the intersection of race and romantic attraction and (b) how online dating differs from traditional ways that people meet and evaluate romantic partners. Media Contact Media Contacts are available to answer media inquiries about their research or other areas of expertise. If you are a reporter, writer, or producer who wishes to schedule an interview, please use the Contact form to send a request that includes: (1) the interview topic, (2) the media outlet or publication you work for, and (3) the date by which you hope to complete the interview.
